We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and knowledgeable Paella Enthusiast to join our team. In this role, you will guide guests through every step of creating the perfect Valencian paella. From selecting fresh ingredients at the Central Market to learning the secrets of our family recipe in the kitchen.

As an instructor, you’ll also be the face of Sea Saffron, sharing stories about the culture, history, and culinary traditions of Valencia, while ensuring our guests have a fun, interactive, and educational experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, offering personalised guidance during the cooking process, and helping guests connect with each other through the shared love of food, wine, and culture.

About Us: Sea Saffron offers immersive culinary experiences where guests learn to make authentic Valencian paella. From shopping at the Central Market to cooking with a professional chef, we share the flavours and traditions of Valencia in a fun, hands-on way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead market visits and help guests select ingredients.
• Instruct guests on making authentic Valencian paella.
• Share insights about Valencian food culture and traditions.
• Pair wines with dishes and engage with guests throughout the experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for food, wine, and Valencian culture
• Previous experience cooking paella is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, and interactive environment
